Clair Dobson
D.O.V.E. Fund member since 2000

Born in 1945, Mr. Dobson lived just outside Pittsburgh until he joined the ROTC program at Penn State in 1964 with a major in engineering.  After graduation he was commissioned a 2nd Lt. and married his college sweetheart Jan soon after.  After spending a year in Vietnam, Mr. Dobson returned to civilian life in 1971 and began his career as a mechanical engineer in Tiffin, Ohio. Both he and Jan who worked as a teacher, retired in 2007 and now reside in Miamisburg, Ohio where they enjoy old friends, travel and grandchildren.  Mr. Dobson is Chairman of the Micro-Finance Committee for the D.O.V.E. Fund.
