Dave Welch
D.O.V.E. Fund member

Born in 1979, Mr. Welch is the youngest Trustee on the D.O.V.E. Fund Board. The son of an Air Force officer who served in Vietnam in 1969, Mr. Welch became interested in the D.O.V.E. Fund after visiting Vietnam with his father in 2006 and again in 2009. Mr. Welch was raised in Ohio and received his BA from the Ohio State University in 2002 and his JD from Hofstra Law in 2005.  When not working on expansion of the D.O.V.E. Fund in the northeast, Mr. Welch is a securities litigation attorney with Winget, Spadafora, & Schwartzberg, LLP, in New York City, where he also resides.
