Toledo businesswoman, Julie Oswald joined the D.O.V.E. Fund in 2004 following the loss of her father and founding member, Chuck Oswald. 

A graduate of the University of Toledo, Ms. Oswald later earned a JD from UT's College of Law in 1994. Active in many civic organizations, Ms. Oswald became the first woman to serve as president of the Maumee Rotary club in 2008.  Julie has one daughter, Sarah and also has two step grandchildren, Brendan and Faith.  Ms. Oswald is chair of the Fundraising Committee and plays a key role in planning the annual dinner auction. With her business partner, John Oswald, Julie co-owns the Appliance Center Mattress and Furniture of Toledo.
